Would not recommend. You get what you paid for. Felt unsafe the whole time and didn’t want to leave my room

Ive stayed in 3rd world countries that weren't as sketchy. there was an inch and a half gap between the bottom of our door and the floor. We had spiders in our room. There was a layer of tar everywhere. The toilet never stopped running through the whole night. It was so loud we had to shut the door to be able to talk to each other. the wires were stripped out of the wall on the heater and tv. There was a group of guys blasting music two doors down. Ive lived in 3rd world countries but haven't felt that in danger. The whole check in process was very dodgy.

I could not check in, in the lobby. They had a bullet proof glass check in window. They also required $100 cash deposit to check in. The person in front of me was inquiring if they would get charged for the broken lamp and bed in the room they just checked into. The AC/heater did not work nor was there a fan in the room.

I stay in hotels almost every weekend for work and this is the worst place I have ever stayed! The staff was rude; the facility is rundown; we had ants crawling all over the nightstand, bed, tub and shower; don’t think the room was cleaned from furs before me as there was a dirty towel hanging near ironing board and the floors were covered in dirt ( you couldn’t walk around barefoot without the souls of your feet turning black from the dirty floors). Said they had trailer parking but they didn’t. I requested a 1st floor room in my reservation as I have difficulty climbing stairs and was given a second floor room. Lady at check-in lied and said they didn’t have any 1st floor rooms available but man behind me checking in was given a first floor room. Other guests were also complaining about the property, with one saying he said in better places in South America. Do not stay here!!! You will regret it.

The room stink of pee. My husband didnt even sleep under the covers. He went to have a shower in the mornong and there was no hot water. I tried to call in the morning but they would not transfer me to his room nor would they pass on a message for me.

When I checked in and they gave me my first room, there was only 1 working outlet, no coffee maker, the tub was filthy, the safety latch on the door was missing, there was no washcloths, the tv didn't work and there was a mirror sitting on the floor facing the window. The second room, the tub was dirty, the tv didn't work (someone stole the cable box) the door did not have a lock catch on it, it was just a big hole where the door lock went into, the coffee maker was missing the basket for the coffee pouch, no washcloth and the room was dirty and the safety latch was broken. If I could get a refund I would!

I wont be staying there again

Absolutely horrible, Hotels.com needs to remove this hotel from its list of hotels. Staff rude, location bad, rooms extremely bad on and on.

Hotel front desk was rude and unprofessional, the room was run down and dirty why they needed the $100 deposit in cash was beyond me I never had to go get the cash out they always took the card on file for that. I would never stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there.

there was lipstick stain on one of the pillow cases. With the construction i was woken up at 6:30 am . it was hard to get into the motel.
