Sehr gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage von Ulm. Es lässt sich alles wunderbar zu Fuß erreichen. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und großzügig geschnitten. Das Badezimmer ist vom WC getrennt und mit Regenwalddusche ausgestattet. Auf Frühstück haben wir verzichtet, daher können wir dazu nichts sagen.
Das Hotelzimmer war modern, sauber und sehr geräumig. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Lage ist top, da man sofort in der Altstadt ist. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist, dass das Hotel eine eigene Tiefgarage hat.
I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. It was convenient situated, you could walk to shopping, restaurants, only minutes away fron the train station. We had nice, spacious, modern room.
Wir haben ein Boutiquehotel erwartet, welches Wert auf Design legt, aber dies war aus unserer Sicht nicht der Fall. Die Decken und das Bett ist billig und ich bin kein Fan von Teppich, weil ich dies als unhygenisch betrachte. Für eine Nacht ok, aber kein zweites Mail

The room is not in the reception building. The bathroom lacks a trash can and the soap container is missing. For breakfast you have to go to the reception building and the breakfast is simple and cheap which does not justify the price. The location of the hotel is very good.
Alles Okay, ausser das ich bis zum heutigen Tag noch keine Rechnung erhalten habe. Dies sollte wie auch immer automatisiert werden! Sonst werde ich zukünftig nicht mehr über Hotel.com buchen.

Hübsch und zentral
Leider sehr schlechtes und unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Hat bei Buchung angegeben, dass wir ein Babybett brauchen und zusätzlich 2 Tage vorher nochmal eine Nachricht geschrieben. Babybett war dann nicht da. Mehrfach an der Rezeption darum gebeten, dann wurde eines aufs Zimmer gebracht, wie sich später herausstellte ohne Matratze. Also wieder nachgefragt, Matratze gab es dann nicht, stattdessen solle das Kind auf einem Kissen als Matratzenersatz schlafen.
