I was very disappointed that the advertising indicated most of the rooms were above ground, we got a room directly on the street and woke up to the service vehicles and the homeless arguing and kids playing in the street. when i asked about it the hotel said, "you got the room you booked", but i didn't know the room was on the ground floor, kinda sucked. but fairly quiet between 0100 and 0600.

Hotel is located to place walking distance from city center and convenient. The room I stayed was enough wide and clean. Parking fee was affordable price.
Excellent assistance during checking in and staff hospitality was amazing. On top the decor of the rooms are stunning and the double room is incredibly spacious like a junior suite. Highly recommend this hotel.
Der Empfang war leider nicht so gut. Der junge Herr wusste nicht welches Zimmer wir gebucht hatten und musste lange suchen. Er wollte auch das wir noch einmal bezahlen, obwohl das Zimmer schon bezahlt wurde… die Freundlichkeit war sehr schwankend. Die Lage ist perfekt, es gibt ein Parking. Wir hatten das Appartement gebucht; das Zimmer ist gross und sehr sauber, Das Badezimmer ist leider sehr dunkel. In Allem war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.
Wir hatten ein 3 Bettzimmer mit 15qm, das war sehr geräumig, separate Toilette, großes Bad mit Dusche - modern, alles sehr sauber. Freundliches Personal sowohl in der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstückservice
Frühstück entspricht nicht dem Preis,
War alles bestens Preis Leistung top ein Kühlschrank wär nicht schlecht den habe ich vermisst
