Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Leider Probleme mit der Technik. Wir hatten Zimmer 505 und als wir nach dem Essen ins Zimmer gekommen sind, waren es dort ca. 30°C warm. Wir konnten dann wechseln in Zimmer 524. Dort war das Problem, das wir nicht duschen konnten. Es lief nur heißes Wasser. Das haben wir erst am Morgen festgestellt. Dafür durften wir kostenlos Frühstücken.
The Hotel is well located. The reception and restaurant staff was indifferent to unfriendly. The booking confirmation said that breakfast was included, but staff told us in an unfriendly manner that it wasn't. Other clients had the same issue. The restaurant staff was so unfriendly that we decided to have meals elsewhere. The rooms are modern and well equipped but the ventilation is ineffective and there are unpleasant smells on the couloirs and inside the rooms.

Excellent location. Right in city center. Modern and trendy. Breakfast pretty boring though. Rooms were quite warm. Air conditioning not working properly.

Tolles Hotel mit super Lage. Zu empfehlen wäre an der Rezeption eine 2. Besetzung bei grossem Andrang. War leider am Nachmittag extrem voll, mit langer Wartezeit.
Stayed here a few days and was walking distance to everything. The hotel was spotless and the staff was very professional. The breakfast wasn’t the best but definitely got the job done. All in all, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Ulm City.

The staff were generally very friendly, although the breakfast system was a bit confusing. I appreciated the ability to get me a kettle when I asked - that was very helpful. It is well located, easy to get to walking to/from the train station and close to major sites.
Nice big modern rooms. Premium bed and pillows. Split bathroom is also a plus. Parking with elevator! Walking distance of 4 minutes to city shopping street. The only thing bad was a strange smell in the room. I hope they can get rid of it.
