The staff needs training in customer service. Efforts at upgrading are evident but needs to continue. Have never been given a bag breakfast before.

The staff was nice and room was clean. The hotel seems to be getting some renovations. Access to the this place is on an access road. If you turn from the highway at the light. You are entering a shopping center entrance and make a u-turn at the end of the island to turn on the access road. The walls aren't the thickest so you may here others in the hotel. There is a local restarant in front of the hotel.

The Hotel had some renovations going on. No hot breakfast however they did offer a bag breakfast that was really good with a lot of items in it we enjoyed. Rooms were clean and the staff was great. They did enter our room to leave fresh towels which was great. Only main complaint was that my daughter bought a book the night before and the cleaning staff obviously looked through and bent back the front cover quite badly. Nothing that pressing probably can’t fix but it did upset my daughter quite a bit since it was new.

The room was very comfortable and clean but did have a slight dog smell even though we checked no pets room on the website. Breakfast was provided in a bag to each person.
