When I booked I ask to check in early. I arrived at 1 Pm and was told my room was ready, but I would have to pay and additional $25 if I wanted to check in early since my room was booked by Booking.com or I could wait until 3 PM to check in to get the original rate. This is BS and will never stay there again.

Everyday it smelled clean in the hallways, the bedding however was stained (that’s why I bring my own). Front desk was great and check in was smooth. I did read the reviews before booking it so I was expecting it to be HORRIBLE it was actually a very good stay!

There coulda been more breakfast choices more hot and cold options, the juice machine only had 1 juice options working.

The location was great, easy to get to, plenty of options to eat & shop close. At first glance, it looks like a nice place. Appears tidy & picked up, until you are inside.

The whirlpool tub was filthy, like it never is cleaned, so NO relaxing bath, not to mention there was a hole where drain should be. The hallways smell awful, everything looks old and dingy. Supposed to be a place to rest a couple nights, no luck there. Very disappointed. I arrived in the evening, the lighting sucked so the pictures I took weren't well lit. Aren't there people to make sure these places are clean?!

The bathro I m had garbage from the night before with a. Bloody maxi pad I. The bathroom. The bathroom was disgusting the nature's was hard as a rock and the floor was dirty. I want out money refunded. I didn't sleep.

I booked this room for my disabled father the only thing that worked for him was the bed

There was old dry food in the bathroom, the plugins did not work and he lost all of the food he had in his little refrigerator and and couldn't use his lamp because of said plug-in, he had to go ask for a coffee maker, he said the continental breakfast consisted of one juice and two cereals and under ripe bananas, he said the staff was difficult when he had to ask for fresh towels there was no soap in the bathroom and he had to go across the street to get an ice bucket. He was very dissatisfied overall with the stay
