i purposely wanted the jetted tub/shower, but the paint i guess was peeling in tub and you could see the uncleanliness of the bath tub. Clearly this seemed to be hourly spot

The location.

There are many small issues that make a difference. Eg. The toilet seat was loose and shifted while in used. The bathtub was dark from wear and tear. The flats screen was on it's last legs and the image was barely visible. The choice of channels was limited and trying to find any stations was so complicated that I just gave up and shut it down and listened to my music channels on my cell. The breakfast was, to say the least, bare necessity. The person at the reception was continuously on his cell phone, the screen in dining area was on college football as opposed to a news station, There was a young man wearing a hoody sitting in the reception area, drinking coffee and on his cell texting. The image was one that did not inspire feeling secure. Was he a guest or an employee,?? Quite honestly, I have been coming to this Hotel for 7 / 8 years. Your establishment has been our last sleepover returning from Phoenix Az to our house in Montreal. My wife and I both agreed that what was really nice here has gone downhill and for our future return trips, we will be choosing another hotel. We stay at other Baymont facilities in our trips to Phoenix, with confidence and satisfaction. This one doesn't even come close anymore. Marcel Beaufils

Room was dirty. Tub was filthy. Toilet was nasty. Luckily I always pack my own comet spray and disinfectant spray when I travel. Food left in the refrigerator from previous occupant. Clearly house keeping there is lacking.
