I liked the price and that I could get a room with 2 queen beds.

The bathroom floor wasn't the cleanest. There was hair and a rubber band still on the floor. The breakfast options were just ok. They had little packs of oatmeal, but I didn't see a microwave to heat it up in and I didn't want to have to take it back to my room to be able to heat it up. There was only 1 type of juice when they had a machine that could do up to 4. There was only 1 type of prepackaged muffin. There were like 20 packs of muffins, but all the same type. It would have been nice to have just 1 more option of muffin.

The staff seems friendly, they made the problem right

The cleanliness of the rooms were awful! First room we had had dust bunnies of an African Americans hair all over the room! I needed to shower as soon as we arrived and the bathroom wastebasket was not changed, there was a-tips from the previous person in there. I pulled back the sheets to get my kid ready for bed and there was hair all over inside the sheets under the bottom side of the pillow and all under the sheets. The hardwood floors had crumbs all over like someone was eating fried chicken and big brown crumbs everywhere! The bathroom tub had hair all in it like it wasn’t even rinsed out let alone sprayed with cleaner. The second room we moved to cuz of how bad the first was was better but not good! The shower had hairs and stains! No soap in the pre filled bottles. The water pressure was terrible and barely any hot water nor did it last or go long enough and that was coming from my husband who doesnt like a hot shower but he said it wasn’t hot enough for him! The room was freezing so I cranked the heat and it wouldn’t warm up till we figured out the previous person in it left the window wide open(thank god we were on the second floor so no one was in there waiting. But once it was closed we realized it was probably open because of the nasty smell coming from the broken refrigerator that we didn’t know which side was cold but neither side kept our stuff cold but made whatever we had stink that it was no longer drinkable. There was what seemed to be salt under/behind the head boards. Was just very disappointing stay and I’m not sure if we will again unfortunately!

Location

Everything was very dirty and in poor condition. We killed an adult cockroach. The bathroom had a large amount of mold in and around the tub. I normally do not complain but the hotel and the rooms were so bad something needs to be done.

The front desk worker, sorry didn’t catch his name was very polite and helpful.

The manager is TERRIBLE. Urine and blood soaked sheets in BOTH rooms we were placed in. When bringing it up to manager, he stated house keeping had changed the sheets for us and when I pointed out the soiled spots in the same spot he explained that “they were just stains and it was ok”.

Mostly the staff.

The door was falling apart the bed moved so easily. You could not hook up any games and not a smart tv & had shit channels. The jacuzzi looks like it’s been through war. The walls super thin.

Breakfast could have been a little better and the coffee a little stronger.

Other than weak coffee that you could see through no favor creamer everything else was good.
