The staff at the front desk when we arrived was very nice and helpful, the location is nice and lots of things around it.

Our room smelled like urine and bedding had food on them, not stains actual food crusted on them. The first morning there was a fight that broke out in the hall, when we went to leave for the event we came, we wanted to grab breakfast but the fight was then in the lobby. A man was screaming “I will put her to sleep” I was there with my minor child who was frightened so we decided to just leave. The shower had lots of mold in the seems where it is caulked. I do believe this is a hotel where people are able to have extended stays and live there, if I had known that I would have chosen another hotel.

Horrible experience. My needs are simple, give me a clean shower and a clean bed to sleep in. I received neither of these for my one-night stay. The room smelled like wet dog, and we instantly noticed black hairs and stains on the comforters. When pulling back the comforters and looking at the sheets, there were more black hairs and stains, leading us to believe that the beds were made, but the sheets were never replaced with fresh ones. When I called the front desk, I was told I could come up to get new sheets. When I got to the front desk, I was given a ball of replacement sheets. When I got back to the room, I realized I could see my hands through the sheets. They were threadbare and equally as dirty as the ones I was trying to replace. We instantly saw writing and marker on the comforter of one bed. Once again, trip to the front desk, only to be told they had no replacements, so I was given two thicker sheets. Needless to say, I slept on top of the sheets in my street clothes that night. The bathroom was disgusting, and had likely never been cleaned. Mold growing around the caulking, hairs and dried urine stuck to the toilet, and broken parts that were replaced still sitting on the shelf under the sink maintenance didn’t bother to throw out. Don’t bother complaining about it either. After my stay, I responded to their survey with my observations. Shortly thereafter I received a text asking what they could’ve done better, which highlighted the fact that they had never bothered to read the review they were reaching out to me for. They responded that they care about the comfort of their guests and we’re going to forward the information to the property owner. Immediately afterwards, I was asked to take another survey to rate my satisfaction with their customer service. What a joke.
