The location is perfect, such a lovely part of Edinburgh and quick buses to the Old Town. Great food and bars in the area!

A beautifully furnished townhouse in a lovely neighborhood. The host was very friendly.

It was very noisy. It was really bad whenever the other guests turned on the water. Then it got really loud. In other words, if one room used the bathroom until 11:30 p.m. and the others used it at 6 a.m., you could only get about six hours of sleep. That was the case all three days. And the price was way too high for that.

I requested instructions for key collection by text or whatsapp and didn't receive them this way

Lage und Blick in den Garten

Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein. Obwohl wir nicht viel Gepäck hatten, war es schwierig, sich im Zimmer zu bewegen. Zu viele Kissen überall, dir dann auch noch irgendwie verstaut werden mussten. Hätten den Platz lieber für das Ablegen unserer Decken genutzt.

No breakfast available but many breakfast cafes nearby.Location was perfect..only a 20 mins walk to the centre(a bit hilly) but got the service bus into the city. Bars and restaurants are plentiful but the main attraction for my wife was the charity shops!!

Une seule nuit passée dans cet hôtel car nous étions de passage 1 jour à Edimbourg. La chambre avait une salle de bain séparée sur le même palier. La chambre était très propre ainsi que la salle de bain. Rien à dire. Le personnel était très gentil, arrangeant et nous a accueilli avec toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin. Le principe de gestion des clés est en autonomie ce qui nous laisse pas mal de liberté. Nous n'avions pas pris le petit-déjeuner donc nous ne pouvons pas le noter. Un petit salon est mis à disposition ce qui est très agréable. Nous pouvions laisser nos valises en arrivant afin d'arpenter la ville avant que la chambre soit prête.

La chambre était un peu petite tout de même pour 2 personnes. Le prix est un peu élevé pour une petite chambre avec salle de bain séparée.

Room is comfortable and clean. The garden view is great. Sitting room is very relaxing.
