the location to the marine core half marathon

DIDNT ARRIVE TO 230 AM, WENT STRAIGHT TO BED BECAUSE WE HAD THE MARINE CORE HALF MARATHON THE NEXT MORNING. SLEPT 3 HOUURS. GOT UP TO GET READY AND REALIZED THERE WERE COCKROACHES IN THE ROOM!! LOTS OF THEM. WE COUNTED ATLEST 20, WE CANCELED THE STAY FOR THR FOLLOWING NIGHT THROUGH BOOKING.COM. BOOKING.COM REACHED OUT TO TH HOTEL TO GET OUR MONEY REFUNDED FOR THE SECOND NIGHT WE DIDNT STAY AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND US. ALSO THERE WERE SMALL CURLY "PUB LIKE" HAIRS ON THE CLEAN WASHCLOTHS. WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD AT A MOTEL. WILL NEVER EVER EVER STAY AT A SUPER 8 AGAIN.

La propreté et la grandeur de la chambre

La note est de 5 car l offre est mensongère. Il n y a pas de petit déjeuner compris contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans le descriptif !!!!! Nous avons choisi ce motel car le petit déjeuner était compris comme écrit dans l annonce : - il y avait du café insipide et sachets de thé - jus d orange et jus de pomme copieusement rallongés à l eau - et 2 barres de céréales par personne comme l indique un panneau très maladroitement !

Non existent breakfast. A few granola packaged bars and that’s all. No milk for coffee but creamers. Tried creamer and it curdled in coffee. Shouldn’t advertise that breakfast is included. Among the worst I have experienced

Clean and smell very fresh

We had a issue of bugs in the bathroom. Showed the evidence and they tried to deflect the matter verses offering a discount for the issue. Breakfast was a snack bar.

Hice una reservación una semana antes a una habitación no fumadores llegué y la persona de recepción me dijo solo tenemos habitación de fumadores y me dijo lo tomas o lo dejas

Y el trato pecimo y el alojamiento fatal yo ni fumo y me hicieron tomar una habitación de fumadores
