"Bring your own toilet paper and shampoos"

The central position and the low price.

Although in the description it was specified that there was toilet paper and shampoos, there were not. We asked the owner/manager to bring us some, but he didn't reply to our messages. This wouldn't have been a problem if we had been warned about this, but we weren't, so we had to buy it in a store. We also found some hair in the bed. One power socket is dangerously not well fixed to the wall.

"Good location but the apartment is terrible. Unless you’re backpacking avoid it."

Great location and inexpensive

The apartment itself was really shabby. Electrical fixtures hanging out of the walls, washing machine missing buttons, smelly drains and the fridge stank to mention just a few issues.
