Bellevue Residence Suites

To już nasz drugi pobyt w tym hotelu. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni, lokalizacja, personel, apartament, wszystko się nam bardzo podoba. Jeśli przyjedziemy do Batumi, to na pewno zatrzymamy się w tym hotelu. Pozdrawiamy cały personel, dziękujemy za super pobyt.

חדרים מרווחים מאובזרים. טרסה נחמדה לכיוון היום. מטבחון מעולה. מיקום טוב. קרוב מאד לדולפינריום.

לקחתי 2 חדרים למשפחה סוויטה וזוגי. מסתבר שאין אפשרות ל2 חדרים באותה קומה. היינו בקומות נפרדות, מסורבל ופחות נוח. אין אפשרות לעלות/לרדת במעלית בלי כרטיס. ביקשנו שקית אשפה ולא נתנו כנ"ל מטאטא/מגב ולא היה. חדר 310 המקלחון מוצף והמים לא עוברים. מזגן גם לא משהו.

The location is fantastic - just off the boulevard, a stone's throw from the beach, and very close to the town's historic centre with lots of amenities. It's a modern, plush building, and the room (a studio) was clean and well equipped with fridge freezer, hob and various utensils. The en-suite bathroom was bright and very modern.

The balcony didn't have any furniture. I'd normally expect a chair and small table. Maybe if I'd complained to reception they would have provided some, but as mine was only a short stay I made do by moving another chair onto the balcony. The safe deposit box didn't come with any instructions. A member of staff had to come to my room to show me how to use it. Also, there was a second (not working) safe deposit box placed randomly in a corner of the room (see photograph). This clearly shouldn't have been there. The layout of the room needs a rethink because there was very little space between the fridge freezer and one corner of the bed, making it difficult to pass between the two (see photograph). Finally, there were no bedside lights, only the main room lights. This meant that if I needed to get up in the middle of the night, I had no choice but to turn on the super bright main lights (not ideal).
