Мы бронировали 3 апартамента на 4 ночи. Заселение строго с 15:00, как и указано в описании. Выезд возможен в любое время суток. Нам предоставили номера 201, 306 и 604. К сожалению, в каждом из них были несоответствия заявленному описанию. Номер 201 (апартаменты с балконом, отдельная спальня и кухня с обеденной зоной) В номере отсутствовали фен и микроволновая печь, хотя они были указаны в описании. Во всех наших бронированиях была заявлена одна кровать, но фактически это были две сдвинутые односпальные кровати с отдельными матрасами, простынями и одеялами. Для кого-то это может быть плюсом, для кого-то — минусом. Да, кстати, лучше не интересоваться, что под простынью на матрасе - вам не понравится чьи-то короткие крученые волосы😱🫥 В дозаторе возле умывальника в ванной не было жидкого мыла (такая же проблема была и в других наших номерах). Независимо от срока проживания выдают только один рулон туалетной бумаги. Дополнительную бумагу можно бесплатно попросить на ресепшене, но дают также по одному рулону за раз. В ванной комнате была плесень на потолке и на полу. Шампунь и мыло предоставляются не в индивидуальной упаковке, а в общих дозаторах. Из кухонной утвари отсутствовала кастрюля, зато было две сковороды. Самый большой недостаток — шум. Окна выходили в сторону отеля Marriott, а между зданиями расположена масштабная стройка. Работы начинаются примерно в 6 утра и продолжаются до 22 часов. Даже закрытые окна не спасают от шума. Номер 306 (с видом на море) В номере был утюг, но отсутствовала гладильная доска. Также не было стиральной машины и микроволновой печи, заявленных в описании. Отдельно неприятно удивили рваные полотенца. После обращения на ресепшен нам согласились их заменить, при этом отдельно подчеркнули, что замена полотенец обычно является платной услугой. Однако на следующий день пришлось дополнительно напомнить о замене, так как изначально этого не сделали. Номер 604 (с видом на море) Этот номер оказался лучшим по комплектации.
