The staff was friendly and and made our transitions easy as well as fast troubleshooting

Still under renovation. Card keys kept cutting off so we had to switch them out. We had to change rooms due to a broken fridge, broken phone, broken a/c, and our room was down the hall from a hole in the ceiling. It was dusty like it hadn’t been cleaned in months.

"Won’t be back and still fighting the unwarranted extra charge($250!)"

After checking out I was charged for a smoking room but I’ve never smoked and the room definitely did not smell of smoke! A scam!? My credit card company is fighting this but the charge is BS. Additionally the cleaning staff tried to get me out of the room at 10:05 am when checkout is 12:am.

House keeping should not try to get me to leave the room 1 hour earlier than check out time.
