Radisson Akron-Fairlawn Copley

The whole experience was nothing more than a facade. The staged pictures were nothing like the real stay. From the no breakfast as advertised to the broken down gym, which was never usable. The elevator was broken, and the cleanliness of the carpet was almost unbearable. I felt disgusted having to stay there, in all honesty. I feel like I was tricked into making a reservation online into what I thought was a Radisson hotel. One that upholds higher quality. This location should not be able to use the Radisson name and logo. My room was never serviced in over 7 nights. No towels we brought or anything. The room itself was outdated from the 90s. The carpet had enormous stains and huge wrinkles in it. The tub and bathroom were disgusting as well, with mold in almost every crack in the shower. I will never stay there again. I also will be advising people not either. The price was not even comparable to the rest of the hotels within walking distance. Almost double the cost. Totally unacceptable. DO BETTER.

Absolutely nothing

First off the room was so dirty. They said front desk would get back to us but did not. Also the smoke detector was not even hooked up. It layed on the table and the wires hanging out of the wall. Tub was gross, couldn't even shower

I like so quiet and something facility that was about it

In the building is obviously due for a major upgrade and or overhaul. The heat was broken the lobby the staff was freezing and they were almost never at the front desk a lot of the exterior doors do not work or do not work with your key fob so there's only one way out back in the building at night time

The parking lot was not plowed very unsafe. They had no heat on in the lobby or hallways as they were trying to save money or something very cold in common areas.

personally the only thing i liked about the property was that i was away from home.

as very sweet and polite and gave me directions to the stairs and first floor! and she was cleaning rooms. so i get to stairs and walk down them. finally get to front desk where i tell them hey my key doesn’t work can u fix it she says yes fixes it i go back up to third floor, once i get to the third floor i open the hotel finally all i wanting rn is to lay down after hours of driving, and i see that there’s a bag full of screws on my bed, the head board has handprints all over it i had no soap no conditioner in my room ONE TOWEL, no rags or even hand towels, the room was still a mess both desk by bed were nasty u could tell it wasn’t cleaned, i was very upset but i was happy at least we had a balcony, but then i couldn’t find the batteries to remote to watch tv so i went downstairs and told the lady i needed batteries and some soap and towels and told her the room was still a mess she changed my room to floor 2 now bc they don’t have BATTERIES FOR THE REMOTE ARE U SERIOUS. (thinking back now its prob bc they didn’t have towels to give me and decided to just switch whole room) bc at end of my trip mind y’all i stayed for three days on the second day i had my bf go downstairs for towels and they said they wont have any till tmr afternoon. like are u serious? maybe its bc there are barely any workers and its horrible service there the smell is horrible, they don’t even clean the rest of hotel it looks like, they have a bar and it’s not even open. so finally we get to out new room no balcony room still a mess and i got no soap once again. atp i’m pissed just wanting to lay down and sleep relax before i have to go get food for hotel bc they don’t have a single thing. i’ve worked at a hotel and i was disappointed in how they cleaned the rooms and didn’t even check the coffee pot for ppls old pods that’s a thing u do when cleaning a hotel room.

The room was comfy and had pool and hottub

The hottub WAS NOT hot

The staff was very helpful if we needed anything. The rates are extremely reasonable.

One elevator was down, but that is only a minor minor thing.
