Location was good

Service was horrible, room wasn’t all the way clean, jacuzzi not hot. Asked for towels and wash cloths didn’t receive. And the deposit was ridiculous

Took three rooms to find one that was halfway clean still did not have refrigerator microwave and rude staff.

The price was good. It may have been a 3 star hotel 20 years ago but not now. The first room they gave me had a heater that didn't work and a door that wouldn't close and tv channels that didn't work. The second room had a fridge that froze my food, carpet that was buckled, bulbs out over the sink, and a bed that you could feel the wood. The elevator had broken buttons and exposed wires.

Close to restaurants and highway

Sheets were dirty. The whole property in general was dirty and run down. Could never ins an employee when you needed one

My stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The property was nasty, dirty, and extremely poorly maintained. The beds were hard as a rock, and the entire place felt uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. The staff was even worse. The night-shift employee, Helen, was extremely rude and dismissive. When I asked for towels, she cut me off mid-conversation, ignored me, and helped someone else first simply because they shared her ethnicity. She then told me they were “out of towels” after giving the last set to the other guest. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. They also advertise free breakfast, which is not true at all. Thankfully there was food nearby because the hotel clearly doesn’t care about providing what they promise. To make matters worse, on the night of check-in, they canceled my reservation and tried to make me rebook directly with them at a higher price. That should have been my first red flag. Overall, I’ve never felt so uncomfortable, disrespected, and unwelcome in a hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
