Common areas filthy Room furniture filthy and damaged Bed was hard on one side and well worn on the other

See photos, the rooms need to be properly cleaned, there was goo on the sink and bathroom floor. I didn't try to use the bathroom. The first room I got smelled like Marijuana had damaged furniture and the bed looked like someone had just gotten out of it. This hotel is not advertised appropriately and should be reported to the tourist association for Fairlawn.I know I would rather stay in the Falls from now on. This is another reason for me not to come visit this area another poorly maintained hotel.

Everything was great

The only plus is the location (near Walmart, Samsclub). And the girls at the reception are friendly.

The first negative experience - I paid for the room in full when booking, and when we came to check in, we had to leave a deposit of $150. It was unexpected and unpleasant for me. The second - dirt! Dirty everywhere! It seems like they haven't cleaned it for a week. It's a pity that I was so tired that I couldn't take a photo. The bathroom was so dirty that I had to wash it myself (I went to the store to get milk for my daughter, and bought detergent). The floor was all dirty with food lids, I even found a lid from someone's drink by the bed. There was a used tea bag in the coffee maker. There were some stains on the sheets, probably from food (it was washed, but with stains, which is completely unpleasant)... the mirrors and other surfaces hadn't seen detergent for quite some time. I understand that the room is cheap, but for this price you can get a much better room. I don't want to stay in a room like that anymore, even by myself, and here we were with young children who weren't used to dirt...

This is like an Extended Stay hotel. There’s a microwave in the room that screams extended stay. I was charged a $50 deposit in case I ruined anything. I’m 68 what am I going to ruin lol. Only good thing my room was clean. Otherwise it’s dirty and out dated. Pool was nice but the windows were filthy. My shower didn’t drain. Provided shampoo and conditioner were awful. Bring your own. If I hadn’t prepaid I would have gone somewhere else. Radisson should be ashamed to have their name associated with this location.

The room was still dirty, the beds didn’t work and were uncomfortable. There were other people towels still in our bathroom. Stains on the carpets. Website said they served breakfast, they did not

Clean room very spacious so big that I had to block off the other room for my animals. Easy access to get outside and walk the animals. Some glass from people throwing stuff from the balconies. Not enough towels or wash clothes. Very clean friendly nice people that run into this place. Will come back for another weekend away from home. May bring my own towels next time outside of my own cleaning supplies. Just some things needed to clean. Nothing major. I'm enjoying myself I feel very comfortable and very safe
