Tagaytay Karakol Hotel

This hotel is very good. The rooms were calm and I liked the toilet. There were enough products and also hair dryer was provided. There was no AC but it was not so necessary in Karakol, opening the window was enough. The breakfast was really good with so many different options for sweets and cakes. The owner of the hotel is extremely kind person who helped us to organize a trip to Altyn Arashan and also helped us even after we had checked out. There is very good atmosphere in this hotel because of such nice staff. He is also very friendly and funny. The location is also good, you can go to many places in Karakol on foot. Here you will find the help you need to make the most of your visit to Karakol.

Really friendly staff, nice room, we liked that we had privacy and comfort. The room was clean, it was a calm neighborhood and nice we had a clauset to put our stuff in. The toilet was not smelly and clean. Breakfast was good. and we could park the car.

Overall it was a good stay, we only have things to make it exceptional since it was a good stay anyhow. Coffee was instant (Not fresh brewed), the showerhead was a bit low (Below my shoulders) and we missed a chair in the room.

The staff were very lovely and helpful. The hotel is very cosy and charming.

The location is a bit far from the centre of Karakul and the bus stops.

The host is extremely helpful and helped us sort out our transport back to bishkek. the hotel itself is great , the room is comfortable and has all facilities The breakfast - is in 1 word amazing, and is the best breakfast we had in kyrgyzstan, would highly recommend the place

Very helpful staff, the owner speaks English and helped us a lot and he opened the hotel to us when we arrived by night bus at Karakol very late at night. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast buffet was very rich

The breakfast is nice. The staffs are great. They will prepare a flag specifically for you at the counter on the day you check-in. The staff could communicate in English.

No aircon, but the weather is okay here, so its acceptable

Cute and authentic krgyz hotel that made you feel like you were in a families home. The owner/host made us feel exceptionally welcome and was always wanting to help/make us feel comfortable.

No Aircon in rooms so hot in the day but at night not needed. Water pressure in shower could be much better.

I booked for 1 night, but I extend for 3 nights. This was my best stay in Kyrgyzstan! The owner is really friendly and helped me with organizing my trip. I arrived early in the morning and he offered me breakfast and I could check in early. I really loved the place. Very cozy and home feeling. The bed is also very comfortable. The I had the best breakfast! Thank you so much! Hope to come again!

Very friendly owner. Good location, 10 minutes into the town centre.

The Internet was very variable, especially in the room. Not a problem but to be considered if needing to do work etc
