Very clean and conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from the center. Room was warm, which is important as it’s getting cold outside. Best breakfast buffet I’ve had in Kyrgyzstan!

Staff was extremely kind and attentive. They greeted every guest with a sign in their native language, were cheerful and helpful in general, and gave good restaurant/activity recommendations. Rooms were decent, and the hotel itself was extremely good value. Breakfast was superb both in terms of choice and quality.

The bathrooms were slightly too small, owing to the building the hotel is located in. They also close the main gate at midnight. It's not like you would visit Karakol for its splendid nightlife, but it still limits your mobility somewhat.

Hotel has tried to charge us ~20 EUR for 1 medium bag of laundry (around 2-3kg). We have paid same price for stay for 1 night per person. Frankly, it is very hard for us to believe that this was just a mistake... Price was stated as per 'unit' which everywhere in the world would be understood as 1kg or 1 load. However, they have insisted it's per item so for example washing 1 pair of small socks would cost 0,7 EUR (so basically it would be cheaper to buy new ones in Kyrgyzstan...). When asked if they would charge the same 0,7 EUR (since it's per piece) for a winter jacket or a suit they could not answer, saying it was "the management" who ordered such pricing. We were thinking that hotel has informed us about the price and gave us opportunity to withdraw from this service, but it came out that they did the service during the night, which was earlier vs what we agreed. Finally we have paid half of the price, which was still super pricey for such service. Be aware.

Good stay to explore Karakol and surroundings. Very nice breakfast. Clean and nice room.

The staff is friendly. The location is good. Rooms have all you need. Beds are comfortable. Very good value for money.

The shower head has only one position, which is too low to stand under - depending on your length -:)

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Pleasant little hotel, decent room, excellent value for money. Breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful with laundry, directions and even hooked us up with our driver for 3 days through Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. Recommended.
