Apartment was large and beautiful, underground parking was easy, perfect location - 5min walk to Yaffo/Ben Yehuda streets, 15 min to Old City, 20 min to Mahane Yehuda! We made use of the in-unit laundry (though dryer wasn't perfect so leave time to hang dry). I was a bit worried based on other reviews about getting in, but they sent everything I needed the morning before checkin and we got in no prob!

Ils nous ont changé d’appartement sans nous prévenir et nous on installer dans un autre appartement dans un quartier différent L’appartement ne dispose pas du nécessaire (savon, shampooing, etc.) Ce qui figure sur les photos.

Best condo that you can get in Jerusalem. Huge and clean! Can't wait to go back.

This hotel does not not know what the word customer service means. We had our room cancelled because they say that our room had a flood, they gave us some insane room all the way out of area. When we were locked out from out apartment, they did not pick up the phone on us during regular business hours. When they finally answered for the 10th time they yelled at me for calling 10 times. Crazy people crazy service. Was the worst experience ever

Property is in great condition and the owner was available to help throughout the stay.

The location is good, we got free parking and the apartment is big and clean

Property and room is very good!!! Actually it exceeded my expectation.
