Muy bien el tema de la recepción, limpieza, solo me gustaría que los cajones de estacionamiento afuera tuvieran vigilancia, ya que si hacen falta cajones de estacionamiento cuando el hotel esta lleno.

Llegué en la noche y no había estacionamiento disponible. Como sea ahí me esperé a que saliera alguien como 30min y listo. Me subí al cuarto y me metí a bañar. No había toallas. Camine al teléfono para pedir una toalla a recepción y el teléfono no tiene cable hacia la luz. El cuarto estaba sucio y me dormi en la orilla de la cama por qué estaba bien cansado. En la mañana que salí les hice esos comentarios y me dijeron que si. Que por qué los fines de semana no hacen limpieza de cuartos que por qué no hay personal. Cuando me dijeron eso me senti súper sucio y literal me quedé pensando que solo dormi en fluidos de otras personas.

El personal amable pero el cuarto deja mucho que desear. Las sabanas y toallas desgastadas, la colcha de terlenca, ni una botellita de agua, hay cocineta pero ni un plato o vaso para servir la comida, el aire acondicionado huele a humedad y muy ruidoso, el cafe lo cobran aparte, etc. DEMASIADO CARO para lo que ofrece.
