Extended Suites Queretaro Juriquilla

es la segunda vez que me quedo en este hotel y es muy bueno lo malo es el estacionamiento en ocasiones no hay lugar dentro del area del estacionamiento , ha sido en la calle

Mi único problema es que decidimos con mi familia tomar el desayuno americano en el hotel con un costo adicional y nos pareció muy deficiente y no estaba bueno. Al final nos pareció muy caro tomando en cuenta el precio en relación al servicio.

Upon arrival, I realized I made a mistake in room type. Die that my stay was for recuperation of a surgery, I needed a room with two beds and by mistake I reserved a room with one bed. Upon check in I realized the mistake and went directly to the reception and asked politely if I could change rooms. I am an executive for a large hotel chain so I understand the process when reserving with Expedia. The staff at the front desk, although very polite, could not help. I offered to pay the fee for the change and they said they could not proceed. I then asked to speak to a supervisor. I was never contacted by a supervisor and therefore was denied the change in room for the 7 nights of my stay which made it very uncomfortable for my recovery. Also the inroom cleaning service and re-supply is non existant and you are charged for everything. All and all, staff very polite but non helpfull at all.

Hay demasiado ruido

Todo muy bien, esta un poco lejos y aislado pero el hotel no tiene fallas, ademas quedaba cerca de nuestro evento

El Hotel permite a los huéspedes fumar violando los reglamentos que prohíben esa conducta, todo el hotel huele a cigarro y el personal no hace nada por corregirlo

El lugar esta ubicado en medio de muchas zonas en construcción , está muy obscuro y solo por la noche. Pocas opciones de alimentos tienen y nada nutritivo

Checkin muy lento a pesar de que lo hicimos a las 23:00 y la habitavion no tenia no toallas ni linea telefónica en la habitación para comunicarse a recepción y tampoco contestan si llamas por telefono directo a la propiedad

Se burlaron de mi esposo y de mi mamá las recepcionistas, el Gerente no nos recibió u nos dijo nos daría el rembolso seguimos sin respuesta
