Excelente relação qualidade-preço. Funcionários atenciosos e muito disponíveis. Localização excelente, descendo a rua encontramos a praça das armas. Visitamos vários locais de interesse a pé. Óptimos restaurantes e cafés nos arredores. Pequeno almoço muito adequado, feito na hora e com produtos frescos (pão, doce, manteiga, ovos mexidos, sumo natural, salada de fruta fresca, leite, café e chã). Limpeza adequada. O quarto disponha de secador de cabelo e ar condicionado e foi arrumado todos os dias e a insonorização permite um bom sono, naturalmente se todos os hóspedes respeitarem o horário nocturno, que foi o caso. Recomendo pela excelente localização e serviço prestado em função do preço.

As cortinas permitem a passagem de alguma claridade. Seria a única coisa a melhorar.

The staff and breakfast was good

I didn't like many things in the hotel: the cumbersome entrance to the room and all this to find out that I got a very small room on the ground floor surrounding rooms with terrible acoustics, every step shook the room and those above me were felt all evening and didn't give

Funcionários super simpáticos e sempre dispostos a nos ajudar, super prestativos. Quando tínhamos passeio com saída bem cedo eles deixavam um kit de café da manhã pronto para levarmos no passeio. Deixamos nossa mala por 2 dias no hotel, quando voltamos estava tudo certinho. Localização excelente, bem próximo a Plaza de Armas. Café da manhã excelente. Ambiente aconchegante e acolhedor.
