Comfortable, friendly staff

Little bit noisy, could hear the people upstairs and street noise

La atención del personal siempre predispuestos a ayudarte, el desayuno era simple pero completo (pan, mermelada, manteca, huevos revueltos, fruta, jugo e infusiones libres). Las habitaciones eran cómodas al igual que las camas, pero si tuviera que destacar algo seria la ubicación, muy cerca de la plaza de armas y de todos los atractivos de Cusco

Se condensaba un poco la humedad en el techo del baño y caían gotitas sobre el inodoro jajaja

They were always cheerful and smiling and eager to please, whatever our request. - very quiet room despite being a few blocks walk to the main square - an abundance of hot water - heating - spotlessly clean - very good value for money

O hotel é super bem centralizado, ao ladinho da praça central de Cusco. Os quartos são bem bonitinhos, o café da manhã era simples, porém gostoso. O staff foi super atencioso conosco, se preocuparam até com meu namorado que não estava se sentindo bem com a altura no primeiro dia. Eles preparam um lanche caso você for sair muito cedo para os passeios.

No banheiro, o desumidificador tem um barulho muito alto, não conseguimos ficar dentro com a luz ligada, se fosse ao banheiro de noite apenas com lanterna do celular para não acordar o meu parceiro

Great, central location. Most rooms far from the main road I think. Some rooms have access to a shared kitchen. Good value especially in Cusco. Sadly left early on both days so wasn't able to sample the breakfast but the hotel rooms are attached to an excellent cafe (try the hot chocolate) so I'm sure it was lovely. The first takeaway breakfast was poor, but when I asked if I could have something else instead, they were happy to do that and I was happy too. Very friendly and helpful customer service.

Some rooms are much nicer/bigger than others so worth making a request. Reception isn't 24 hours, which wasn't an issue, but could have been. The only negative point was that they stored my luggage while I was away for a night on a tour and when I returned they weren't sure where it was and it was found to be in the room I'd been in the previous night, which wasn't locked - slightly concerning.

This was our second time staying here - we came back as had such a good stay the first time. Comfy beds, clean rooms, quiet at night and lovely staff.

Nothing really - was great!

The beds were super comfortable and the room generally cosy and very quiet. The woman running the B&B is very friendly and helped us to feel safe and at home. Location wise, it is in perfect walking distance of central Cusco with its restaurants, main plaza and tourist attractions. The shower was powerful and warm too!

Only thing that could have improved is that there could have been a bath mat in the barroom but to be fair we didn’t ask for one.
