Well appointed and quiet. The apartment is close to the train station and a 20 minute walk to the centre of town - this suited us as we were arriving and departing by train and wanted to stay close to the train station.

The apartment has everything you need during your stay.

The area is quite noisy, but that's part of it if you want to be close to the city center and the train station.

Location to train station and town centre and MAMBO. Everything I required was provided. I liked the code provided to access the building. Good elevator. Close to supermarket with gluten free products.

Difficult to find the small street off main street to apartment. Clearer directions for those walking from train station on a very hot day with large suitcase after a long international flight.

The location was an easy walk (or bus ride) to the Bologna Centrale train station or to the historic centre of Bologna , etc. It was in a relatively safe, residential area, with good family restaurants and grocery options nearby. It was a cheerful and efficient rental. The kitchen was better supplied than most rentals. The bedroom, storage, and wifi were good.

I knew about the faulty bathroom faucet from previous reviewers but I was still caught off-guard! The flow control worked opposite from the usual direction, so it was too easy to turn the flow higher instead of lower to avoid a soaking spray. The appliances have not been treated well: the dishwasher could not be used properly because the detergent door would not close; the clothes washer had mould on the door gasket because it was not dried after use and left with the door open as needed for front-loading washers; the dryer door was damaged, but still usable, for now.

Very clean, great size for two people. Very close to the train station which was a big convinence for us. Had everything we needed, great AC. Felt like a home away from home.

Can't fault it, except for the faucet in the bathroom sink!
