Clean, quiet, close to rail station

Didn’t have enough cutlery, specifically lacked knifes

Location and its a nice apartment

Filthy, hasn't been cleaned properly in weeks. Check in at 3pm. Got in at 3:30 and cleaner was there. Left her to it and returned at 5:30. Floor was dirty, potato chips on the rug. Stove top dirty, rubbish under chairs and in drawers.

Good setup for an apartment.

The little apartment was light, comfortable and very clean. We were very grateful for the washing machine and tumble dryer as we arrived after spending five days in Rome. It was only a twenty minute walk into the centre of Bologna which was excellent as we were able to walk everywhere. It was also only five minutes from the railway station, which was also perfect for us as we wanted to take day trips to Ferrara and Ravenna during our stay. We arrived from Rome by train and the apartment was therefore easy to find.

We are in our mid 70s and, although we have mobile phones and iPads, we are not terribly good with unfamiliar processes. We didn’t realise how difficult a ‘remote check in’ could be and no one was available to come and actually physically get us into the apartment. We got quite panicked over this. I suggest that the owners/management take the needs of older travellers into account a bit more. We aren’t ALL tech savvy! Also, the area that the flat was in was just a little intimidating late at night. Younger travellers would probably take this in their stride, however.

The location was perfect! It was clean and suited my needs.

Very clean, well equipped apartment. Easy check in. Quick and good communication with the owner.

Car parking 10/15 min away from the flat.

Everything was new and clean. Loads of storage, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. Washer and dryer. Big shower. Great location near to the train station but walkable to centre. Restaurants and shops nearby too.

Small thing but there were no mugs - just tiny cups which didn’t really work for a cup of tea. I appreciate this is probably an ‘English thing!’
