The apartment is located in a very convenient location, right near the train station, but in a quiet neighborhood. we liked that the apartment is located in a guarded housing complex. We had in the apartment everything we needed, including three vacuum cleaners which we haven’t seen in any other apartment.

El apartamento es súper completo y moderno, el trato con el anfitrión fue bueno.

El colchón se hunde, no es cómodo. Pero es lo único, el resto fue excelente.

Although in central location, did not feel comfortable going out at night.

Could do with better lighting in bedroom horrible bedcover colour and uncomfortable bed. Couch was too deep and difficult to sit on. Had to wait for water to drain in shower before stepping out of shower recess and there is nowhere to place toiletries in bathroom.

電車でボローニャに着いたので、宿までは徒歩で行ったがとても近くアクセスがしやすかった。キッチンに調理器具や食器類は一通り揃っていたので、ボローニャの地元の美味しいチーズやハム、野菜やパスタなどを購入してまるで暮らすように料理をして過ごせたことが良かった。お部屋は清潔に保たれていて、窓は夜間電動シャッターで閉めることができて安心できた。ベッドの寝心地が良かった。エスプレッソマシーンとモカが使える状態にあり、本場のイタリアでのエスプレッソをどちらも楽しめた。分からないことはスタッフへWhatsapp で問い合わせるとすぐに回答をくれて解決できたのでとても快適に過ごせた。

・共同エントランスの鍵がリモートでしか開けられないため、結果、入れないことは無かったが、インターネットの接続状況が悪いと建物へ入れない心配が常にあった。 ・シャワールームの排水が上手く機能しておらずシャワーを浴びている最中に水が足下に溜まり気持ちが悪かった。 ・洗濯乾燥機の内側のドアが破損しているようで使用後にドア部分に水が溜まった。私は一度しか使用しなかったので大丈夫だったが、何度か使用していたら問題になるだろうと思った。 ・食器洗浄機を使用したらなんと機器の下から水漏れがして床が一部水浸しになった。水漏れに気がついた後はタオルを敷くことで応急処置ができたが、これも早急にメンテナンスが必要だと思った。
