"Hotel ok…they didn't give us an invoice"

The hotel is ok. But, for those who want an invoice from this hotel, it's not worth it. We've tried every way to request the invoice, as it was a trip paid for with a company card, and they still haven't even responded. The hotel indicated it was Booking's responsibility, and Booking (which is true) indicates it's the hotel's responsibility. Anyway...

"Superb"

Love the price, location and size of the room. We always try to pick a Home2 Suites if possible in the location we are staying. They are very comfortable when you have to be away from home.

The refrigerator didn't cool as well as it should. The handle was about to fall off the bathroom door. The pillows were horrible. Soft and flat as can be, even when doubling up on them.

I would highly recommend that they get the carpets professionally cleaned between guests at the previous guest had pets. This is to avoid any issues with people who may have issues with dog/per dander. The halls and the elevator were pretty hot and humid. I didn't partake in breakfast because of the strong pet odor. While I probably won't stay here again, the location is really nice and convenient if you're going to be attending an event at Smart Financial Center
