"Beautiful and centrally located"

Arrived at the front desk and had to see if I can change the room from one bed to two queen or a roll out. She updated our room with no questions asked. She can type like lightening fast and got that done in seconds. Wow! She was friendly and helpful. Also, she gave us a warm cookie!! Held us over until dinner. Room was clean and roomy. The big window brought in natural sunlight. TV worked well. We especially liked there was a fridge (not freezer) in the room to keep our drinks cold. Bathroom had plenty of towels. Check under the sink. Shower has soap, shampoo and conditioner which was a nice value add. Beds and pillows were comfy. We liked there was a chair in the room too. This is near everything-centrally located . Libby decorated to welcome FIFA lovers . I would stay here again.

"Great first trip to Philly"

Great location. Centrally located. Easy access to the train, which is right outside the hotel. Perfect for getting to the World Cup games. Lots of restaurants close by. Janee at the front desk was warm and friendly and started our trip off right. Only negative is the price of anything in the coffee shop except coffee was very high.

I had questions for my son who was arriving before us - What was his reservation number ( turns out it was the same as ours) and what info did he need etc to check in before us. Janee texted me several times, giving me answers to all my questions. I was so pleased, and impressed at the level of service. I met her this evening when we got back to the hotel and she remembered from 3 days ago! Great lady.

Best bed of our trip. Great location to all sites. Easy walk to subway. Helpful staff. Restaurant is good. Higher up rooms have good views with a unique 2 window design.
