I will never use booking.com ever again

Location is perfect. Friednly staff. Rooms are nice, with a bathroom that actually has a door you can close. Good value for money

Gym could use an upgrade, especially since there's room for more equipment.

This hotel is in a very good and safe location. It is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and close to many tourist site seeing places. The room was good size and the amenities in the room were adequate. I appreciated that the gym was opened 24 hours per day. However it is in need of addition equipment. The free Wi-Fi worked well and the room was clean. Check-in by the manager was very interesting; I enjoyed the small talk and his acknowledgement of my status with Hilton. Also his knowledge of Turkey which is one of my favorite vacation stopover in Asia. The breakfast buffet was okay but for the price it needs more variety on the menu. Jean Rene was an exceptional waiter; very friendly, caring and he represented the Hilton Double Tree brand with pride. Kudos to Jean. Overall, the staffs were always very helpful. We spent 4 nights at this Double Tree and will rebook here whenever we return to the area.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to recognize Aleesh(a) for the exceptional kindness she showed me during my stay. I was going through a difficult personal moment during my interaction with her, and she responded with immediate calm, patience, and genuine compassion.What stood out most was how she made me feel—respected, supported, and cared for as a person, not just as a guest. Her empathy and professionalism were truly exceptional. She turned what could have been a very difficult experience into one I will remember with gratitude. I hope she is recognized for the way she treats guests!

L emplacement central dans la ville , tout peut se faire a pied ; La surface de la chambre, le comfort du lit. La qualité d accueil par le personnel Un magasin sur place pour acheter ce qu’il manque ouvert suffisamment tard

L’isolation phonique, on entendait les voisins parler et regarder la télévision , seul point négatif

Shawnette, in food service, was so kind to help us with the breakfast area, even though we were on the closing end of their service time, she wanted to make sure we had time to “enjoy” our eating experience - it made us love our time in Philly even more - so kind and caring! Thank you Shawnette! And Jus at the concierge table was also extremely helpful and welcoming!
