Location

The staff. They were extremely unfriendly and made me feel as though they didn’t want my business.

Room was nice, we'll designed. Staff were great.

Some dust on the phone. Otherwise we liked the room very much.

The check in staff was amazing especially Meghan

The room was not available at the anticipated time. I was there 3 days, 2 of which I had to take cold showers. Unacceptable unless you are in Nepal. This location is Philadelphia. Sorry. What did I like? The hairs in my bed. I give them to the birds.

Cold showers took the cake. Front desk saying they would fix it while I was at the conference was a lie. Nothing happened. So no hot shower. I am going to request that this location be blocked from my business being able to book this property. It's a government, so maybe not. But, the memo still goes. Have a good day.

Comfortable - well located - very nice

I stayed at the DoubleTree for two nights in May and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and everything went smoothly throughout my stay with no issues to report. I would also like to give a special thank you to Tamira, who works in security at the DoubleTree. She went truly above and beyond to assist me with an issue that was completely outside of her responsibilities. Her kindness and willingness to help made a real difference, and it was greatly appreciated. Thank you again, Tamira, for your outstanding support.

Very accomodating staff who were kind and checked me in early when they had capacity to do so, which made my day so much easier.

I was in room 2512.. on the Thursday night there was a ? Party across the hallway in one of the rooms that was loud and disrupted my sleep a little. This wasn’t hotels fault and I don’t think this comment needs publishing. No other concerns.
