Clean rooms. Nice pool.

The breakfast could be better. Offer waffles or something more. Also a little less chlorine in the hot tub. When u turn it on it burns ur eyes

The location

It smelled like weed, there was so much chlorine in the pool that it burned your eyes, the rooms were very dirty: blood on sheets, spills on sheets, towels holey, breakfast was a mess on the counter and only inside cereal and bread, staff didn't seem to care at all.

Check in took a long time. The corners in the bathroom were quite dirty. If there was an elevator we couldn’t find it and we were on the second floor. The coffee maker in my room literally shot boiling hot water everywhere from the reservoir. The breakfast was so bad we left and paid for breakfast elsewhere. Some of the fruit was rotten.

The staff were so nice and helpful. And the pool was warm and clean and the hot tub was the perfect temperature. The rooms had a good sized refrigerator the beds were super comfy. And it was nice having house keeping bring fresh towels and taking the trash out daily.

When we complained about the uncomfortable bed in our original room, the staff found us another room. The hotel location was perfect for the events we were attending. The heater worked, and the room was not super dry.

The bed in our second room was only slightly more comfortable than the first. I spent a good portion of the night trying to sleep in the chair. When we opened the shower curtain the next morning, we found the bathtub floor filled with what appeared to be rust. When I tried to clean the tub out, the water just filled up the tub then took over an hour to empty (with the rust just spread over more of the bathtub floor. Jiggling the toilet handle was required to keep the toilet from running. Paint chips and dents in our room and on the dining room walls gave an air of negligence to the place, and broken and missing tiles in the hallway were definite tripping hazards. The breakfast was minimal and unappetizing to look at, with dirty tables to eat it at. The curtains would not close fully in our room, so the bright lights outside the window made it difficult for my husband to sleep. I had requested extra pillows when I booked the room and been told that wouldn't be a problem. They were not available when we asked on arrival. In our first room. the closet rod and hangers were strung along the closet floor, so I had to put everything back together before anything could be hung up. The room had not been thoroughly dusted, and the mirror above the desk was just one big smudge.
