Days Inn by Wyndham Gallup

The staff needs to work on customer service even though they were polite, I sat there waiting with not one of them asking if they can help me

Kids crying and yelling, you can clearly hear other talking in next room. Dirty tub, shower, shower curtain nasty. Old stained towels. Old sheets. Booked at the wrong Days inn. Tried requesting a refund but they were going to charge me the full amount. Thats sad

I did not stay there. Had the room canceled but still was charged with it

Having a good night's sleep.

Owner being very rude even being singled out in front of other guests during breakfast which was embarrassing. He then backtracked after realizing he was in the wrong but never apologized. The Same owner of Travelodge which while staying at as well knocked on the window and door 8:36 in the morning I thought checkout was 11am but he knocked 8:36am telling me and my brother we had 30 minutes to leave also I never received my 50 dollar cash deposit back and i made sure to leave the room spotless to get my deposit back but was never given to me or put back into card.

Never checked in.

It was quiet

Lack of channels on TV, bathroom sink had a leak underneath. And the floor seemed to slope, once inside the room.

Bed was okay

No coffeemaker.

It’s not safe there was a shooting in one of the rooms

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The outside looked like a dump, and the room wasn't much better. It's hard to start where the whole place sucked. The locking system on the door was busted off, the furniture looked like it was rejected by Goodwill, The sink in the bathroom leaked from the pipes underneath it, and there was no hot water. That is most of it but there were a few more. If I was you, I would skip rioghgt over this place.
