We have always stayed at this location when we pass thru Gallup and have never had an issue, its always a great place to stay. The value for what you receive is the best part. A decent location, cleans rooms and very comfortable beds (upgraded to queen beds).Thank you!

Only 2 issues. The young lady behinds the counter wasn't very attentive, she was looking at her phone every time you walked in and continue to do so for a lil while. Second issue was not enough outlets, and everything was unplugged including the TV. Every lamp was unplugged so I had to pull out the dresser and bend down to plug in the lamps and the TV. I have had multiple back surgeries so moving furniture wasn't good for me.

Upon arrival, we had to wait 25 minutes to check in, and only 1 person in front of us. The room and stairs needed repairs and paint. The shower didn’t work and the bathroom needs new sink and toilet. After I took a cold, barely any water shower, they gave a key to my wife for the room next door. She said everything in that room was fine. Our room had no nightstands and only a table and chair that looked like it had been pulled out of the dumpster. They weren't busy, so why did we get this room? Breakfast was bad! Coffee grounds in coffee, no waffle mix, and only Yogurt.
