All of the construction going on in the hotel !! They stole $315.00 I had already paid. They charged my card another $315.00 after I left..

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. The property manager did not assist us well. My family and I came up their for a funeral. When we booked our room no one told us that the hotel is under renovation everything was out of place except for the front desk of course. Still checking people in despite all the noise and drywall all over the place and dust. It was terrible. I wanted to jump in my car and leave. My family and I got checked in and the rooms weep of cigarettes the smell was awful. The next morning we went down to the first floor for breakfast because they told us they would have breakfast, to my disbelief they had a Brown bag breakfast! With a honey bun and yogurt! That's it! I was through and if that wasn't enough I went back up to my room and I found a roach crawling on the floor 😫 I was horrified. I told my kids to get everything off the floor. I went to management and told them that I'm not happy and I found a roach in my room! After going back a forth telling I want a full refund because of the stress and lack of sleep, no continental breakfast, and trying to prepare myself for my Auntie's funeral that day we too much. Eventually, they gave me another room which did smell a lot better but the noise of doors slamming throughout day and night was irritating, I didn't get any good night's rest in that hotel at all, the worst experience ever, DO NOT STAY HERE!! Drive by and don't look back!

The motel was under construction and didn't report that on the website. Couldn't cancel either or be charged. Also all the workers and construction workers ate out of the breakfast so called buffet before the guests. Do not recommend

This place should not be open for business. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by dust, debris, and the unmistakable chaos of a hotel still under construction. It felt more like a worksite than a place to rest. The room? A total letdown. Outdated furnishings, lampshades falling apart, and a bed so uncomfortable it felt like sleeping on springs. No closet, no blowdryer, and the pillows were glorified throw cushions — no full-size pillows in sight. It’s baffling how this passed any kind of hospitality standard. They advertised a fitness room. There wasn’t one. Just an empty promise. Breakfast was equally disappointing — bland, poorly stocked, and barely edible. Bottom line: DO NOT STAY HERE. Save yourself the frustration and book literally anywhere else.
