It was dirty had bed bugs The linen was dirty and stained. My room smell like cigars. And the Wi-Fi was horrible. Couldn't even use it.

The stay was quite pleasant. The rooms were cleaned.

I hope the renovations are done the next time I make my next trip. Please update the cable service not all channels were available.

The lady at the front desk was everything she saw me breaking down with so much wt on my heart and she came thru like a sister Very compassionate very caring Just amazing customer service she gave me ! She needs 10s across the board

The breakfast was really good, the ladies setting up the food were wonderful and helpful. The rooms had enough space and since we got there so late, we were happy they had some snacks for us to choose from.

It wasn't as clean, but part of that may be because they were remodeling or doing construction on the third floor. The pillows were way too small and not comfortable for myself or my kids. not enough light in the rooms either.

No one would answer the phone when calling to confirm reservations Dirty rooms, hallways. Smelly carpet Full overflowing trash cans in the hallway. Construction being done on elevators. Smell of weed/smoke

The property was under construction and had industrial material in the hallways. Also there was trash in the parking lot. Rooms were clean and staff was really friendly.

CRooms are clean

Little run down, dingy towels, dirty hallways and elevator. The elevator was dirty before the renovation works and was worse during.

Made my reservation because they stated cat friendly and they were not. Wanted $100 for the cat to stay and $100 security. Wasn’t going to spend $300 for a sketchy place in a sketchy neighborhood. Didn’t stay there. Hope I can retrieve my Expedia $$.
