I loved the small continental breakfast. Staff was very attentive to my needs.

Elevator didn't work.

This is a hotel plus apartment for community people. It smell like smoke all the time. The micro wave was broke. The elevator was broke so they said. But available for some people. I was not really please with the hotel. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone. i should get a refund or some type of credit.

The rlvator has been broken since January. They have had no hot water for the last 4 weeks at least. The rooms are dirty and the pillows are lumpy. It is a third world hotel.

It was one of the most horrible stay ever, the staff were very unprofessional the hotel was very dirty the bed stinks nothing was working the elevator were out we had to use the stairs I had to check out early in the morning. This is the comfort inn very disappointed how can I get my refund back

Elevator and shower / sink only produce hot water on my last day at the hotel . Hotel staff didn’t seem concerned with issue. Told me to take my compliant up with booking.com for their hotel. I plan on calling today to get a full refund

No hot water for two days. No discount no apology.

The hotel was not inviting from the lobby to my room. Needs a major makeover. No heat for 1 night of my stay, breakfast was poorly prepared and served. Hallways reeked of marijuana all day and night. On my day of check out, NO HOT WATER for at least 2 hrs then it was Luke warm ! The pillows were not even standard size. They were sofa size throw pillows. The beds new to be replaced, box springs wore out and bed hard. There was no comfort with my stay. This was the worst Comfort Inn I’ve ever stayed in. Needs NEW MANAGEMENT!!
