Breakfast was bland juice ok location ok

The hotel had no hot water the lights in the rooms are to dimmed the elevators were out

The elevators weren’t working there was no hot water and there were bedbugs in the room. Never ever again. The staff acted as if this were normal. Even with pics and checking the room themselves. No refund no anything I’m just disgusted

When I arrived found out immediately the the elevator was down, then found out my room was on the 3rd floor. I checked in around 8pm and was very disappointed, not to mention still carry all the luggage for me and my fiance to the 3rd floor. Then find out the next day that there is no hot water in the building, couldn't take a shower for hours it definitely held our trip up. I talked with the manager in the morning and she was very professional and helpful and definitely did a good job calming me down. I Thank her for her professionalism and the way she handled everything, that is the only reason I gave any stars at all.

No hot water for 2 days

Unprofessional staff

There was no hot water for 2 days. Still charged. Broken elevator any they had us stay on the 3rd floor. Bathroom sink was leaking and wetting the bathroom floor

When we arrived at the Comfort Inn Joint Base Andrews, it had recently snowed and the parking lot was barely plowed. We had to be careful not to slip and fall stepping over ice/snow. The front desk was staffed by a woman who never got up out of her chair to check us in. She informed me that the room I reserved wasn’t available and asked me if I would take a double room to which I said yes. The lady had her young child there with her and she kept addressing the child and said to me that school was closed that day so she was there with her. I understand that sometimes that kind of thing happens but it shouldn’t be as unprofessional as it was. Overall, the hotel was substandard, old and in need of a major upgrade. Beds seemed very hard and the springs could be felt just by pressing on the mattress. I was told they were 2 queen beds but it appeared to be full sized beds. The bed linens were old and looks as if they’d been usDesk had gouges in the wood.

Elevators were broken and appear to have been this way for a while. This place is old, tired and not maintained. Would only stay here as a last resort.

Poor location. Hotel in very run down condition. Very dirty. No working elevators. You get the picture.

It was dirty the sheets smelled foul the pillow cases smelled foul. The bathroom exhaust fan was alot louder than usual. ..
