A lot of nearby restaurants and schools

Cockroaches are everywhere, bidet with leakage, they didnt informed us that electricity is rechargeable only, then wifi is unstable

"Superb"

Location is what i like the most, accessible in everything.

Chargeable electricity not really good, i left my kids alone in Condo when the electricity went off they were so scared as no candle either. Tried to call the green staff but that time i guess they are busy, even the guard helped us to reached them. After almost 45mins of waiting, lights was recharged again.

"Yay for Location, Meh for the Rest"

If you are looking for a location where you can bounce around the city, this is the place for you. Trains, Jeepneys, vans, buses, etc. are just outside on the main road. Free breakfast is also a nice bonus. The electricity cut a couple times as well but the response time was reasonable.

If you are looking for a quaint, leisurely stay, this is surely not the place for you. There is noise. Lots of it. There are malfunction elevators with lines that can rival an amusement park. There are leaky A/C units, broken TV screens, only 2 treadmills for the thousands of residents to use and on and on. I guess having stayed in Manila many times I can say that properties under SMDC are shoddy at best.

I like the fact that it has kitchen and the groceries just downstairs the hotel..

We have trouble with the TV and wifi and also there's fewer little roaches that I kill..I think that been taking care off the facilities would be alot better..
