Neat room. Easy access to transport

Property wise, it is a studio type. Good for a couple but the other person will be on the bottom bed. When you have important appointments make sure to get out of the building as early as you can due to elevator issues. In level 28 they have 8 elevators, 4 is allocated to operate on the assigned floors but only one or 2 is working most of the time. Staff forget to deliver my breakfast. If you request breakfast for 7am expect it to arrive at 9😊 probably due to the elevator issue that’s why they are late🤷🏻‍♀️

Accessible to my place of appointments, with supermarket inside the condo, free breakfast is delivered to our room, cleanliness is maintained, garbage are collected daily

The toilet bowl sprayer is not convenient for use. We were not properly informed of the sudden unaccessibility of internet

The city view

Complimentary breakfast is suman, which is not that good. Could be better if they prepared classic Filipino breakfast. I also booked for a total of 7 guests (2 rooms) but booking confirmation showed 5 adults and 1 child. My 4 yrs old child was not indicated on the booking confirmation so they charged me 300 php. There is an email though which showed that “Total guests” is 7. But they suggest to call booking.com which is a hassle. They are aware there will be 7 guests as 7 toothbrush were prepared by them. My mom went back to Green Residences to show to their staff an email showing that 7 guests were booked but she was advised to contact Booking.com. We didnt get the 300php back so it is not that good experience.

You can cook at the room. With grocery (green mall)

Some fscilities don't work. You need to contact the host to ask for help.

Breakfast was good and location was excellent.

The lifts in the building were constantly out of order
