I shop for value based on what I'm looking for and at the time this was the best hotel. I mostly liked that it had everyting in that it was a 24 hour miniture studio apartment, in good condition, clean, good water pressure and everything worked.

The 'free' breakfast was a problem. Firstly to state it was free is false advertising which is illegal in Australia where I come from. Nothing is free, and when the breakfast automatically comes with the room is the same as saying free airconditioning or free refrigerator, etc. I hate that. The fact that I experienced 2 out of 3 days of all day brown-outs I except as it was not the hotels fault. I was asked on arrival what time between 7 and 9AM I preferred breakfast. I said 9AM. First day it was delivered at 7:30AM. I said nothing thinking some oversight or mistake. It occurred again the 2nd day. I complained because both mornings I was woken up and had to get out of bed as well as have an early breakfast if I wanted it hot and no chance to go back to sleep. The waiter said will change the schedule even though I never changed it from 9AM. Next day I was in the shower when I heard a nock on the door at 8:30AM but unable to get to the door. So I never got breakfast. Reception later said 'sorry' but couldn't do anything and it was free anyway. To me it was not an excuse.

Rude employees put us in a closet and told us that it was what we paid for - it wasn’t - they said we had to pay 6k to get what we actually paid for

It was terrible.

The unit has everything I need for an overnight stay. There is also a complimentary breakfast and mineral water too. The staff were really reliable, friendly and responsive to my requests and questions.

The elevators, and you can hear the noise from outside the room. The pillows could have been more comfortable and there was just a little space to get on the side of the bed.

I like the location. Room was fair enough for its price. Staffs were all good and approachable. I was shocked that free breakfast was included. Great value for money

Television was unable to pick up channels, internet was great and fast on my 1st night but wasn't able to use on the later part. Washing machine was out of service. If all those mentioned above will be addressed and corrected then it wil be more fun to stay.

The location was pinned incorrectly in booking.com’s map. I thought it was a block away from where I was working. It was misleading.

Good location, easy to get a grab, grocery store and some food right under, beautiful view of the sunset, spacious
