I like how it was close to a lot of locations such as shopping centre

They didnt inform that there is a 3000php deposit up until the bookijg was confirmed, also so need to put "LOAD" for your electricity pretty much you pay the electricity separately. also they are charging 500php per person for every visitor you bring even though you are just by yourself on a 4 person unit-

Good location. There was a supermarket on the ground floor and convenience stores nearby.

The elevator did not come easily. The walls of the room felt sticky and unpleasant to touch. The lighting was not bright enough.
