It was good and clean

The towel was kinda used bit smelly🤢 and no balcony as on the photo.

The staff is very helpful. The room is comfy and everything you need is already there.

Value for money but is way too different from the photo. 9/10 for having accommodating staffs.

The room is way too far from what we booked. We checked in late at around 4pm yet the room is not yet prepared like the toilet is unclean, the wifi is still not working and the ref is still unplugged at the back. The unit is old— the door shower and shower heads are likely to fell off. It’s also sad that there are cockroaches at the kitchen.

The bed itchy

Not much, really. The only good thing was having pool on 8th floor.

Dirt, continuous smell in the rooms and in a hallway. Also, it was really hard to communicate with staff, they did not understand us and they were slow. They also did not respond to any of my WhatsApp messages.
