Waiting time for lift, shivering lift, no ventilator for kitchen smoke no professional behaviour of staff. The bed was not neat. Towels smell bed

"Good location if you are in Manila."

The staff were honest and accommodating. In our haste to attend the event I left my ID at the Unit. The staff immediately communicated with me and gave me my ID. Thank you.

The noise from the street below. Not the fault though of the host.

1 hour to get into room from arrival. Person who met us demanded 3000 peso bond. Tried to make us give hime our passports, which we refused. Ended up having to leave my drivers licence.
