March Samui Resort

We had the 2 bedroom villa on the beach. We liked having separate bedrooms, however, the “sofa bed” is NOT A BED it’s a tiny couch/love seat. Maybe a small child could sleep comfortably, but not an adult! We liked the full fridge, microwave and tea kettle, but we had to ask for a toaster and the frying pan and cook too that were in the pictures. We on,u got the toaster, so didn’t use it because we had no way to cook the eggs. It was nice to be right on the beach, there is no fake grassy area as shown in the photo, but sand is ok, we just had to rinse our feet before going inside, and there were people checking us out as they walked along the beach, but it is a public area. There were a few places to eat, some very expensive, some very inexpensive. Big C mini right at the road, 2 7-11’s, a pharmacy, and laundry all within walking distance

The bed in one room needs to be replaced - you either each sleep on a slant and you both end up in the middle! Disappointed there were no cooking facilities as shown in the photos. The traffic noise did not stop!!! When we were inside at night with the doors closed, the traffic drowned out the sound of the waves! We must’ve been close to a hospital because an ambulance went by at least every hour. It’s quite a distance from everything else and seems relatively expensive to get a taxi anywhere

The rooms were near the back, very comfortable and very quiet which is surprising since the villa on the beach was so noisy with traffic. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the pool was right by the rooms.

The toilets didn’t flush well - as is common in Thailand

The swimming pool is really nice and well maintained. The room is a decent size, with a big bed.

We booked this hotel as the photos on booking.com suggested it was on the beach. However, it was over the road from the beach which was disappointing. Also, the water from the taps was a yellow colour during our stay, which was not nice at all.

Everything was Good..... We stayed in Room L4 which was just in front of the pool.

Except for the water on the tap and showers in the bathroom which was brown...

The staff was very helpfull and very nice to us. It was last minute descision cause we suppose to go to Koh Tao, but due to the bad weather we were stuck at Koh Samui. Girls on receptions were checking on boats every day to help us.

Everything was great for the price we paid.
