Great location, quiet with lots of amenities around

It’s a bit worn and needs some tlc …… but everything is very clean

Wonderful kind cleaners. Clean rooms.

This is a very strange place. They say they have internet, but it's very unstable and slow. I tried all 4 networks. I had to finish my work and it was only possible when I bought a local SIM card. Mobile internet works 10 times better than wi-fi in the hotel. There is no shampoo in the rooms. It costs pennies here and it's very strange to save money on this. Another unpleasant aspect is that children are screaming by the pool from 7 am and it becomes impossible to sleep. But I would NEVER write about all this if the next situation would not happen. I extended my stay for 1 day and immediately paid for an additional day. Unfortunately, it was more expensive than through booking by about 400 baht. But the saddest thing is that on the day of check-out they told me to pay for the room a second time. I explained in detail how I paid for this additional day, in the end they did not even apologize for demanding payment a second time. It was very impolite. It's not like Thais. There are two women working there, the young one is very kind and caring, but the older one was very impolite. There are also wonderful, kind cleaners working there. But unfortunately, this is the worst hotel in Thailand of those I've been to.

The staff are wonderful - friendly and helpful. The pool is great. The resort is literally across the road from the beach, with several wonderful beach bars/restaurants, supermarkets, places to have a massage within a short walk. They offer bike hire and can arrange car hire. The resort is very basic and a little dated. Minimal furniture in the rooms. But for the price for a base it’s great. Quaint and peaceful.

Good location, very close to nice beach. The staff was helpful and flexible, they help us to rent the bike on very affordable price. The room was clean; each day we got free water and coffee. There is no restaurant or bar at the resort but there are plenty of them nearby. The pool was nice.
