The pool was closed and had been for a year with no notice. The manager was rude, the breakfast wasn't good, the tub didnt drain, and the noise outside from the train and cars was unbearable
USI liked the size of the hotel. It seemed perfect for the location.
I didn't like that the pool/hot tub area was closed off for "renovations" when nothing was going on in there AND there was no mention that this would closed before I booked this hotel. I booked here because of the hot tub, and was disappointed is wasn't available.
No Hot tup, Pool closed for maintenance, Workoutroom closed for maintenance. Not much of a breakfast.
Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Breakfast options were great. Only terrible thing was the constant issues with cards not working.
Coffee is horrible. Went to McDonald’s this morning for coffee
