Our room was very clean. The beds were comfortable, refrig worked and the coffee they use in the room is actually good. We didn’t hear the train so supper quiet room. Breakfast was top notch. Very impressed My duaghters room however was a different story. The refrig was froze over and melting. The room smelled moldy. I ask for a different room but was told they didn’t have one. This was at 3 in the afternoon on a Thursday. I asked to have the refig replaced or fixed. That never happened. Next morning, different front desk person, explaned the issue and ask that they be moved to a different roon. "Oh, sure. No problem but it will be after they clean a room." The kids were moved at 10:30am. Persistence pays off. The kids said the new room was great.

The room had a weird smell, the bathroom being the worst. The shower curtain had a sour musty smell. The pool not working and the ice machine was turned off. Also some sort of paint on the windows so we couldn’t see out. And a bag of trash in the hallway
room smelt terrible. ice machine was leaking all over floor. rooms were comfy and staff was excellent. when i went to check out waited at desk for 20 minutes noone was there
USUSthe street is obviously a drag strip. every 45 minutes all night, friday night. i went expecting a pool, daily towels, beds at least made, floor swept. nada, nothing was done. all 2-star. no one told me i needed to request daily room service, pool was out of commission, no one working on it. did get towels from front desk, and after complaining was told it 'was all on the website' but that was not true, no where was it stated that there was no pool, no daily clean dry towels, ormroom service. will not be back.

I was really disappointed to learn at checking in that their pool was closed. My understanding was that it had been closed for over a year due to something broken. However, the associate did what she could to make our stay better Great customer service!
