Warm and responsive hosts who really take care of their guests. Completely charming atmosphere, every detail thought through. Spotlessly clean, great shower. Delicious and generous breakfast included best omelette ever :). Fantastic location.

The municipality doesn’t allow hotels to turn on their AC until 14th April (typical of other Italian cities too) which is good for the environment…

Colazione fantastica!

Very smooth communication with the owners, both very kind people. Breakfast was so vast I wanted to stay and eat for longer :D I was worried that the road/alley would be noisy during the night but our room was facing a small courtyard so absolutely no noises. The room was lovely decorated and there were free bath products/samples in the bathroom as well as free water in the fridge.

Only thing I didn't like was that we didn't stay for longer!

Super location. Room was very comfortable, the bed and shower amazing. Highlight is the breakfast, it was excellent. Lidia too, who made the trip. Her information was timely and excellent and made check in very easy indeed. I highly recommend.

Lydia was very helpful from the outset, with clear instructions to check in. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was superb it was very easy to discover the city from here, as the hotel is right next to the main sites

It's quite a walk from the train station, when pulling a suitcase (this cannot be helped)

The staff was wonderful. the breakfast was excellent. the location was close to everything period

There was no air conditioning. We were told it was not the right time of year for air to work. It was close to 80° each day we were there with the sun hitting the room most of the day and we were on the 4th floor. If air conditioning would have worked we could have kept windows closed to keep out the noise. But had to open up windows to try and get refreshing air to sleep. Unfortunately our room faced a busy pedestrian path and was noisy up until about 1 am each night. Street cleaners came about 6:30 am. I would imagine if we had a room facing the quiet side everything would have been fine. Though if a place advertises climate control it should really have it

El sitio en el centro. La habitación igual que en las fotos, muy bonita, grande y confortable. Los dueños, muy majos y serviciales. La cama, de 1,60, muy cómoda. Los geles de muy buena calidad. El desayuno, muy bueno, con un poco de todo. Muy fácil el check-in. Si volvemos a Brescia este será nuestro alojamiento.

Esto no quita ni una décima a la puntuación general: el horario del desayuno y del check-in un pelín pronto,aunque nos lo alargaron un poquito y pudimos dejar allí el equipaje.
